As of 4:03 PM PDT, Skuid resolved the service issues. The service issues prevented new logins to Skuid apps and lasted 6 minutes. Users with sessions active at the time of the incident were not affected. The service issue was caused due to an error that occurred during the the transfer of a production domain. This resulted in a failure of requests to load the Skuid login page and prevented users from logging in to a Skuid app. The fix for this incident was to reset the DNS name server to the previous domain host which had all the proper records in place.
