At approximately 7:30 PM ET an outage was reported on Cloud Data Service which processes requests to SQL based data sources for the NLX platform. The DevOps and NLX Engineering team engaged with the issue and it was resolved by approximately 1:00am ET on 10/22/2022. RCA in progress.
